The Site is published and operated by JC Billerey, sole trader, based at 5 allée Claudie Haigneré, 94800 Villejuif, with SIRET number 90460576300013 and intra-community VAT number FR92904605763.

This Privacy policy complies with the following legal provisions:

  • French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and individual liberties, as amended by law no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018,
  • French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN),
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

As part of his activity, JC Billerey processes and collects the personal data of Users who interact in any way with the features available on the Site.

The purpose of the Privacy policy is to inform the User, owner of the Data, of the terms and purposes of collection and processing as well as of the various rights available to them. JC Billerey is the term designating the data controller, also Publisher of this Site.

Data controller

JC Billerey is the Data controller for the Data collected on his Site. He undertakes to make proportionate use of it and to keep a simplified record of processing activities, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

He implements all the means necessary to secure the processing and storage of the Data collected, using appropriate technical and organisational measures. In the event of a proven risk of a breach of the User's Data, JC Billerey will of course cooperate with the CNIL and will inform, if necessary, the owner of the Data of all the processes put in place to reach a solution.
